A lad about fourteen years of age, was admitted into the dispensary 9th November, 18(38, suffering from necrosis of the right tibia: numerous sinuses led down to the bone, and the limb presented a most unnatural appearance from the combined presence in it of portions of nearly two shafts of tibiae, the newly formed bone, and part of the dead one in course of absorption.
